Cup size: While wearing a good-fitting, unpadded bra, measure around the fullest part of the bust to determine Bust Size. Make sure the tape measure fits evenly around the body, not slipping down the back. Subtract the Band Size from the Bust Size to determine the cup size. A difference of up to 1" is cup size A, up to 2" is B, up to 3" is C, up to 4" is D, up to 5" is DD, up to 6" is F, up to 7" is G, and up to 8" is H.
