Q. What brands are
available?
A. We use the same name brand items that
you are familiar with such as Graco, Fisher Price, Evenflo
and others. We use Consumer Reports as our guide when
purchasing high quality equipment.
Q. What
methods do you use to clean the equipment?
A. All items are cleaned thoroughly
cleaned after each rental and again inspected prior to each
rental contract. All items are cleaned according to the
standards set by the State of New Jersey for the cleaning
of infant toys, cribs, and cloth materials.
Q. What
method of payment do you accept?
A. We accept personal check,
MasterCard and Visa. If paying
with cash, a credit card number and driver’s license number
must be provided.
Q. What is
your cancellation policy?
A. All cancellations must be made by
phone. Minimum 48 hours notice required. Cancellations made
within 48 hours of equipment delivery will be charged 50%
of the total rental.
Q. What is
the minimum order that I can place?
A. There is a $25.00 minimum with each
order which does not include delivery fees and taxes.
Q. Where do
you deliver?
A. We deliver to Philadelphia, Southern
New Jersey, Central New Jersey, and
Delaware. We will also deliver to the surrounding
Philadelphia areas. Please see our Rental Terms page for more details.
Q. Do you
offer other services?
A. Yes, we provide diapers, baby food,
bibs and eating utensils to be delivered to your hotel with
your other items. There is a 25% courtesy fee applied to
each order.
