TERMS & POLICIES

• As an official Medela® Breastpump Station, breastpump sale prices are not permitted to be advertised on the internet. Please call for the best discounted prices.  (856)  374-1580

• Price Match Policy: We will price match Authorized Medela Breast Pump Dealers offering Free Shipping and Handling. The Medela breast pumps must be Factory Sealed, New, Non Refurbished breastpumps. The price match guarantee can only be met before or at the time of purchase.

• Breast Pump Return Policy: Customer is responsible for all transaction fees, and return shipping with insurance (for retail value). These are personal use products. Once breastpumps are opened they CANNOT be returned. All breastpumps must remain in factory sealed box, with no evidence of tampering, and no external damage to packaging. All Breastpump returns must occur within 14 days of purchase.

• Cancellations of Purchase: Customer responsible for all transaction fees up to 6-10% of purchase price.

• A refundable $50 credit card deposit required for all breastpump rentals.

• Breastpump rentals and purchases may be delivered to your home for a reasonable delivery fee. Delivery fee for Southern NJ and Center City Philadelphia PA is $16. Breastpumps may be picked up at our    Deptford NJ office by appointment only.

• Ameda breast pumps may be shipped to any location within the US, all forms will be completed via fax, please call for additional information.

• All purchase/rental pumps can be shipped to your home. Shipping prices vary between $11-$31.

• All rental pumps require an attachment kit, which may be purchased at our discounted rate.

BABY EQUIPMENT RENTALS

TERMS & POLICIES
• Advance reservations preferred. Please phone in any orders needed within 48 hours.
• $25 minimum order (excluding any delivery charge).
• All items are available for delivery only.
• A one-time fee applies for us to deliver, set-up and pick-up equipment at the end of the rental.
• General Delivery Area fee: $20 (includes Center City Philadelphia and Southern NJ- Gloucester County)
• Extended Delivery Area fee: $20- $45 (includes Greater Philadelphia and Greater Southern NJ areas)
• We will deliver to some surrounding Philadelphia counties
• 25% credit card security deposit required for all orders.
• When available from the manufacturer, an owner’s manual will be provided with rented equipment.

EQUIPMENT PICK-UP
• Equipment must be ready for pick-up by us no later than 11 a.m. on departure date at non-residential locations (i.e., hotels, bed and breakfasts, etc.)
• Changes in contract dates after delivery must be approved by Away Baby Rentals LLC.

PAYMENT
• We accept personal checks, Visa, and Master Card.
• Credit card required to guarantee reservation. Credit card will not be charged until 24 hours prior to delivery.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• Phone cancellations only. Minimum 48 hours notice required.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of equipment delivery will be charged 50% of the total rental.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The following disclaimer of warranty will appear on every receipt and must be agreed to in order to utilize Away Baby Rental LLC services.

This is a contract of renting only and not of sale. The undersigned renter agrees that he/she has rented the item(s) herein described upon the express condition that it will at all times remain the property of the rental agent named above; that he/she will return at once to the rental agent any item(s) not functioning normally; that he/she will pay promptly when due all charges which accrue because of the rental, including damages to said item(s). In the event the renter fails to return said item(s) at the agreed time, or fails to abide by any of the other terms of this contract, the rental agent may repossess it without notice to the renter, and the rental agent is hereby released from all claims arising there from. All charges are based on the time item(s) is in renter’s possession whether in use or not. Renter will be charged the current department store price for any items requiring replacement. Renter is responsible for correct use of rental items according to manufacturers’ instructions and guidelines. The rental agent is not responsible for accidents or injuries caused directly or indirectly in the use of the rented item(s). I confirm that I have read this agreement and voluntarily assume all risks of any damages occurring in connection with the item(s) in this rental agreement. I hereby agree for myself, all of my family and all heirs to waive, release and discharge ABR and/or Away Baby Rentals, their rental agents, servants, employees, agents, officers, directors, or representatives for any and all liability for any property damage, loss, personal injury, loss of life and/or other casualty which may occur during the course of this rental agreement and the use of the item(s). It is further understood and agreed that this waiver, release and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns in the event of any death or injury. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. ALL ITEM(S) ARE RENTED WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. I HAVE READ THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT AND HAVE FULLY INFORMED MYSELF OF ITS CONTENTS BEFORE I HAVE SIGNED IT. I FREELY ACCEPT AND EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL RISKS, DANGERS, HAZARDS THAT MAY ARISE FROM ANY ACTIVITES THAT COULD RESULT IN PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF LIFE AND PROPERTY DAMAGE
